Harvester Range
Amberol have been producing self watering planters for many years to ensure that throughout the summer months councils and in bloom groups have the opportunity to add floral colour to their own surroundings at a sustainable cost. We know that there is a huge move to encourage individuals and schools to adopt a,” grow your own grub” towards vegetable growing. To this end we are now launching our HARVESTER range of self watering containers which are ideal for growing a variety of vegetables, in ideal conditions for maximum cropping.
Our selection provides pots of shapes and sizes suitable for growing anything from herbs through salads to tomatoes, beans and peas. Why not experience the joy of eating fresh! This range helps you to maximise your crop every time by providing water for the roots of the plants as they need it. Never over watered or allowed to go dry, simply top up the reservoir twice a week in most conditions. Want a better crop? Add a little liquid fertiliser to the reservoir. Don’t miss the thrill of picking your own straight from the patio or balcony. Plant the seeds and watch them grow, eat the crops. No pesticides, no freezing, no food chain, just sow, water and eat and enjoy the real taste of things like carrots and strawberries.
The Sow and Grow
The sow and grow unit is an ideal balcony container large enough and deep enough to grow anything you would wish to plant in it. Superb for tomatoes.
The Junior Cultivator
The Junior Cultivator is the all rounder. Good for herbs, salad stuff but deep enough for beans and peas whilst also good for strawberries.
The Fruitful
The Fruitful unit is perfectly designed to grow strawberries by the bucket load. Keeping the plants over the edge of this narrower unit prevents them rotting when ripening.
The Salad Server
The Salad Server is perfect for growing every sort of salad crop, lettuce, radishes, spring onions, beetroot and many others. With its built in water reservoir and aquafeed system you can expect superb crops with minimum maintenance and effort.
The Podbean
The Pod and Bean planter can be used to grow peas and beans of all varieties. It has the depth to allow canes and sticks to be pushed into the soil which will support these climbing plants as they grow. It also makes a superb planter for onions.
The Mini Garden
The Mini Garden can be used as a floor standing unit or easily fixed to a wall. This is ideal for growing herbs or as a raised small strawberry bed.
